Camrose Caregiver Connections CMHA is a warm and welcoming space where caregivers can slow down, connect, and feel supported. Whether you're supporting a loved one through illness, mental health challenges, aging, or everyday needs, this is a place where your experiences are honored and your wellbeing matters too.

Each gathering offers a calm environment to relax and engage in gentle conversation with others who understand the ups and downs of caregiving. We begin with simple grounding practices — like mindful breathing or reflection — to help everyone settle in. From there, stories are shared, connections are made, and space is held with care and compassion.

There’s no pressure to share — just come as you are. Whether you speak, listen, or simply enjoy the company of others walking a similar path, you’re welcome here. Caregiver Connections is about community, understanding, and taking a moment for yourself in the midst of all you give to others.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, supported, and reminded that you're not alone on this journey.
