Writing for Wellness Journaling Circle ONLINE

Are you looking for a way to help process your thoughts, manifest your goals or just get some stress relief?

Journaling can reduce stress, anxiety and depression, improve sleep and bring us a greater sense of focus and clarity. Writing is even shown to help us heal from trauma.

Pull out your journal or a pen and paper and join us virtually for this facilitated ONLINE journaling circle via Zoom.

We will write, create and learn about ourselves.

No journaling experience necessary, but writers of all varieties are more than welcome.

This space is focused on mutual support, personal empowerment, validation and self-awareness.  Sharing is entirely optional.

Explore different journaling prompts & creative exercises aimed towards wellness & self-discovery.
