Walk for Wellness

Join CMHA Recovery College for a weekly community walk around Mirror Lake.

A great way to get out, connect with others and improve your physical and mental health!

There are numerous benefits that come along with walking such as:

  • Improved sleep
  • Better endurance
  • Stress relief
  • Improvement in mood
  • Increased energy and stamina
  • Reduced tiredness that can increase mental alertness
  • Weight loss
  • Improved cardiovascular (heart) health.

 

We will be meeting by the playground at Mirror Lake Park  (5402 48 Ave, Camrose AB) every Friday at 2pm  from April 5th through August 30th, 2024. Weather permitting.

To find us, look out for the Walk for Wellness Sign! 

This is a drop in, so there is no need to register.
