Mindfulness & Gratitude

Mindfulness can be described as a state of awareness that allows us to be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness is a practice that can support us to calmly acknowledge and accept our feelings, and thoughts without judgement. Practicing mindfulness often results in increased gratitude which contributes to feelings of happiness and improvements in one’s mental wellbeing.

 

Join us for this single session engaging and interactive conversation about mindfulness and gratitude where we will explore ways to incorporate these practices into our everyday lives.
