Confront the Discomfort ONLINE

In this 3 part interactive ONLINE course we will explore new skills and tools to help us better understand and cope with anxiety.

  • Discover what stress and anxiety mean to you.
  • Understand the fight, flight, freeze response and how your nervous system responds to stress.
  • Rethink self-talk and its impact on stressful situations.
  • Consider healthy and unhealthy responses to stress and ways to re-write the narrative.
  • Practice practical grounding and calming techniques that you can bring with you into your day to day life.
