Welcome Centre Drop In

The CMHA Recovery College Welcome Centre is a drop-in space that is dedicated to providing a safe place for individuals and family members to access support and develop skills to help with their mental health or substance use concerns. This is a place to connect and build community. Open to everyone ages 16+

Join us for coffee, tea and great conversation!

While you’re here you can have a game of pool or ping pong, choose from our large variety of board games to play or get creative and make some art (basic art supplies provided.)
