Welcome to CMHA’s Wellness Through Art where we welcome EVERYONE as an artist!
The intention of this event is to simply create space for people to make art together.
Each month we will start out with sharing a different mindfulness technique or thought-provoking activity for contemplation or inspiration. We will then open up the space for participants to be creative and make whatever art is calling to them in the moment.
We will provide some basic art supplies, but you are also welcome to bring your own supplies or art projects from home and work on them here.
YOU CAN’T DO ART WRONG!
This is a judgment free zone and we are all here to feel good through creating art and connecting with one another:)
