Writing for Wellness Journaling Circle

Are you looking for a way to help process your thoughts, manifest your goals or just get some stress relief?

Journaling can reduce stress, anxiety and depression, improve sleep and bring us a greater sense of focus and clarity. Writing is even shown to help us heal from trauma.

Bring your own journal and join us for this facilitated journaling circle where we will write, create and learn about ourselves. (If you do not have a journal, we are happy to provide one for you!)

No journaling experience necessary, but writers of all varieties are more than welcome.

This space is focused on mutual support, personal empowerment, validation and self-awareness.  Sharing is entirely optional.

Explore different journaling prompts & creative exercises aimed towards wellness & self-discovery.
