Join us to learn and practice strategies to enhance our mindfulness, self care and emotional well-being. Each night will feature different topics & activities to help us reduce & relieve stress, practice gratitude and more.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and come with an open mind and be willing to set positive intentions for yourself.
