Meditation/Relaxation Night (In-Person)

Join us in person for some relaxation and grounding. Wear your comfy clothes and take a deep breath as you begin to feel  waves of calm wash over you!

Join us for a relaxation session! This event runs every 2 weeks – feel free to drop in and prepare to wash away your stress. Each session features different grounding techniques, meditations and breathing exercises to put your soul at ease!

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket!

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
