Come and gather with us if you’re a caregiver to someone with a mental health concern &/or an addiction issue. Whether this connections is through your employment or your personal life, all caregivers are welcome here. We support caregivers to those of any age ranging from school-age to senior
In this peer-led supportive group, we share stories of our successes and struggles, helpful resources, education and self-care practices. Find meaningful connections with others who have been through similar circumstances or who share your journey in other ways.
Caregiving can be one of the hardest jobs we have and no one has to go at it alone.
This is a drop-in support group, meaning you can come to as many or as few as you like and there is no need to register. We do, however, ask that if you have never joined us before, that you participate in a quick 15-20 minute intake session with our facilitator to ensure that this group is right for you.
